Shady Oaks Campground is located in Garden City,
Home of the Blue Earth County Fair.

Peaceful, quiet and relaxing,
the campground is located on the banks of the Watonwan River
and is especially suited for private, quiet camping or for groups.
Canoe landings, fishing, hiking trail, biking, playground equipment,
an arcade, and volleyball offer a variety of activities.

Weekends at the camp feature a variety of special activities
including hay rides, nature walks,
bingo and Frisbee golf to name a few.

Event weekends:

July 7th - 10th - Blue Grass Festival
July 28th - July 31st - closed for the Blue Earth County Fair
Aug. 26-28th - C & N Dart Tournament members only - Camping on 1st come 1st serve basis. 
$12.00 to get into grounds - No one under 21 is allowed on the grounds for the Dart Tournament
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONs!!!
